The
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Eligible candidates who holding
degrees in LAW from recognized university/National Law School/ Institute for
engagement of 30 (temporary-substantive variance Can be) YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (Legal)
on a contract basis for deployment in NHAI offices across the country are invited
by The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), an autonomous body under
the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. Reservation for SC / ST / OBC /
PWD / EWS will be as per the government. The Direction Selection of India will
be done based on merit in the COMMON LAW ADMISSION TEST (CLAT), 2018
(Post Graduate) score. Such engagement will be entirely on a contract basis.

Required: Below 32 years old on the last date. (Age relaxation as per
Government of India Instruction)
Pay:
Rs. 60,000 per month. (Consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for
satisfactory performance of each year).
Educational
Qualification:
i)
LAW Degree from a recognized University / National Law School/Institute
ii)
Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT), 2018 (Post Graduate) Score

Note: Before applying, the candidates are advised

regarding the terms and conditions of attachment of YPs issued on NHAI’s
website i.e www.nhai.gov.in.

Applicant
can apply through Online mode as per the procedure is given below:-
(i)
The Applicant may visit the NHAI website www.nhai.gov.in for applying Online.
(ii)
Click on About Us >>Vacancies>> and Click on the
advertisement of Young Professional (Legal) - Online Application.
(iii)
Fill the form and submit the required information.
(iv)
The following documents need to be uploaded: - Photo-only scanned copy of color
passport size photo not exceeding 1 MB in size JPG '/' JPEG 'or' PNG 'image.
Signature - only - scanned copy of signature in jpg '/ or jpeg' or Scanned png
'image • not to exceed 1 MB. Scanned copies of secondary school or equivalent
certificate, documents • DOB, a degree in law, CLAT (PG) 2018 scorecard and
certificate in the prescribed format in support of reserved category and experience.
(v)
Click on the 'Next' button.
(vi)
Application preview can be viewed.
(vii))
The option of edit and the last submit button is also available.
(viii)
If the applicant is satisfied with the furnished information, then click on the
"Submit" button to submit the application form online. The
application form can be submitted online until 23.08.2019 (6:00 PM).
(ix)
After submission of the application form, a "Specific Reference The number" will be generated automatically along with the details entered by
the applicant with the subject “Application Acknowledgement” will be generated
automatically.
Selection process NHAI Recruitment 2019:
(i)
Based on merit in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), 2018 (Post
Graduate) score
(ii)
Candidates having experience in the field of law related to contract-related
matters / arbitration / legislative matters / land acquisition will get
preference.
Other Important Instruction NHAI Recruitment 2019:
1.
Applicants are advised to fill the online application form carefully as per the
above eligibility criteria. It may be noted that no later
clarification/documentation regarding eligibility etc. after the expiry of the
last date application will not be accepted.
2.
The important date for determining eligibility will be the last date fixed for
submission of online application.
3.
Influencing or bringing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
