The Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from an Indian citizen to carry the general allowance as admissible under the rules of the Government of Assam in the pay scale mentioned under post defined in Articles 5 to Article 8 of the Constitution of the Government of India post name of Child Development Project Officer.

Mode of Application: Offline.

Total No. of Posts: 73 (Seventy three).

Post Reservation: Reservation against the above-mentioned posts for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/Women/PH/EWS will be as mentioned on advertisement.

Pay Scale: Rs. 22000/- to 87000/- and Grade Pay Rs. 9700/- of PB-3 plus other allowances as under the Rules.

Age required: The Candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2019. The upper age limit is relaxable by-

             (i)   5 years for SC/St candidates i.e. up to 41 years can apply.

      (ii)  3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. up to 41 years as per Government Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25^th April 2018.

Note: The age limit of candidates will be calculated based on matriculation / HSLC admit card / certificate issued by a recognized board/council and any other document will not be accepted in lieu of the documents mentioned.

Required Education Qualification to apply The Post Assam Public Service Commission:

            Graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce from a recognizes University and also anyone of the following:

a.      Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Works/Labor & Social Welfare/Sociology/Anthropology/Criminology.

b.      Graduate in Child Development /Home Science/Nutrition or

c.       Graduate having Philosophy/Education with Psychology, Economics.

         (Attach self-attested valid supporting documents. Candidates must submit their all                      semester/year-wise mark sheets)

How to apply for the post of Assam Public Service Commission:

            1. The candidate sought to undergo the terms and conditions of the mentioned in the advertisement, especially (i) Educational qualification (ii) Required Age limit and (iii) Experience where it is necessary.

            2. Those candidates who fulfill only all the terms and conditions mentioned in the official website advertisement in honor of the post that they're applicable shall be amused. Others need not apply.

            3. The candidates should have to attach identity cards like Pan Card, Driving License, Passport, Current ID card issued by the educational institutions, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card (wherever applicable) at the time of Written test and Viva-Voice/ Interview.

            4. The syllabus will be published only on the APSC website If the commission decided to hold a written examination/screening test so the candidates should visit the Official website of Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) i.e. www.apsc.nic.in regularly.

            5. The name for which the application has been applied should be clearly written in the “BOLD LETTER” in the envelope containing the application form and it should be sent to the following mentioned address:

            6. Applications (including applications received through post) received after the last date The fixed for receipt shall not be accepted.

 Important Date for Apply Post of Assam Public Service Commission:

            The last date of receiving duly filled up application is fixed on 09/09/2019 during office hours.

Application Fees:

               (a) For General Candidate: Rs. 250/-

               (b) For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC: Rs. 150/-

        (c) For BPL Certificate Candidates: Nil (Candidate should have to attach their photocopy of certificate along with the Application form).

Note: (i) The Application fees should be accepted through only Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC”. Original copy of Treasury Challan should be attached with the application form (who candidate applies for First-time applicants) and showing name of the post and department.

(ii) As per this office notification No., 57PSC/DR-41/1/2018-2019 Dated 13th June 2019, those candidates who had already applied in response to the advertisement No. 01/2019 dated 07-02-2019 needn't pay the applying fees a new whereas applying once more. They will have to submit proof i.e. self-attested photocopy of earlier treasury challan, in support of payment of the fees with the application forms.

 HOW TO FILL UP THE APPLICATION FORM:

            1. The application must affix 1 (one) copy of recent passport size photo firmly on the space provided in the application form.

             2.  Application must self-attested copies of the under mentioned documents.

      3. Application which are not accompanied by anyone of the under mentioned documents/requirements will not be accepted.

                    (i) Original treasury challan depositing prescribed application fee wherever necessary as per term of the advertisement containing details of posts applied for.

                          (ii) Age certificate (HSLC/Class X Board Admit Card/Pass Certificate)

                      (iii) Certificates & mark sheet of all examinations from HSLC onwards up to the level of qualifying examination

                        (iv) Caste Certificate (wherever necessary).

                        (v) Disability certificate (wherever necessary).

                        (vi) Two copies of recent passport size photographs with white background.

                        (vii) Signature (scanned copy to be uploaded in online mode when available)

                        (viii) Experience certificate (wherever necessary).

                        (ix) BPL certificate/EWS certificate (wherever necessary).
