Office Peon Job Recruitment in Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dibrugarh. Govt. of Assam.

          Applications are invited in duly filled up Standard Form the eligible candidates as published in (part-IX) Assam Gazette from citizens of India for filling up 1 (ONE) vacant post in the institution of the Chief Judicial justice. Dibrugarh.

Name of the Post:- Office Peon.

Educational Qualification:- VIII Passed.

Pay Scale:- PB Rs. 12000-52000+GP RS. 3900.

Important Instruction For the candidates:-

1)   Candidates shall have to appear in the interview.

2)   Candidates must be an Indian Citizen only.

3)   Age limit as existing rules.

4)   Candidates in the service must already apply through the appropriate channels.

5)   The application must be accompanied by the following:-

a.     Self attested copies of certificates in support of educational and all other qualifications.

b.     2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs self-attested (one pasted and one stapled).

c.   Name of the post mentioned above the envelopes in bold letters.

6)   The candidates shall have to compulsorily bring the original relevant documents along with a recent passport size photo on the date of the interview.

7)   No T.A./ D.A. will be provided for appearing in the interview.

8)   The last date for the submission of the application is 28-08-2019.

9)   Incomplete forms/applications are liable to be outrightly rejected.

10)   The admission of candidates for the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to the satisfaction of the prescribed eligibility condition and final scrutiny of application and documents.

11)   Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to-

And should be dropped in the “Drop Box” labeled as “For the post of Office Peon” to be kept at the premise of the Office of the undersigned within the stipulated date and time.

12)   Last date of receipt of application in the DropBox is 28-08-2019 up to 5 P.M. The drop box will be closed after the last date and time.

13)   Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to a rejection of candidature.

14)   Experience in the relevant field will be counted.
