No.CSB/BTC-95/2019/7: The Central Selection Board (CSB), Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar invitations form the eligible candidate's subject of India for filling from the subsequent SIU approved sanction vacant posts of Grade-III (Non-Gazetted) under the Forest Department, BTC in the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time. The Educational Qualification and other eligibility criteria for the posts are given below:-

     1)      Name of post:- Forester-I

No. of Posts:- 22 Nos.

Pay scale:- P.B-2 14000/- 49000/-  +GP 6200/-

Educational Qualification:-

               Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent

Age:- Age limit of 18-25 years on 31^st January 2019, Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years & OBC is 3 years as per Govt. rules.

Physical Requirement:- Height-163 cm for General and 153 cm for ST(P)/ST(H), Chest Normal-79cm round, Expanded-84cm round.

     2)      Name of Post:- Forest Guard

            No. of Posts:- 70 Nos.

            Pay scale:- P.B-2 14000/- 49000/-  +GP 5600/-

Educational Qualification:-

                     Minimum H.S. (10+2) or equivalent.

Age:- Age limit of 18-25 years on 31^st January 2019, Relaxation of age for SC/ST is 5 years & OBC is 3 years as per Govt. rules.

Physical Requirement:- Height-163 cm for General and 153 cm for ST(P)/ST(H), Chest Normal-79 cm round, Expanded-84 cm round.

General Instructions:-

            How to apply:-

i)                    The eligible candidates willing to apply for the post as mentioned above may apply by filling up the application form as per ANNEXURE-I of this advertisement.

ii)                  Candidates can apply from the B.T.C. area only.

iii)                The complete application form duly filled up by the candidates with all testimonials should be submitted to-

“The Member Secretary, Central selection Board (CSB), B.T.C., Post Office Road, Kokrajhar, B.T.C. (Assam), PIN Code-783370”

iv)       Candidates should send the application form by pasting the testimonials with full envelope and postal stamp with a self-addressed envelope (size 23 cm x 10 cm) attached postal stamp of Rs. 5/- must be super scribes  the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope.

v)                  Incomplete application in terms of advertisement and the application received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.

vi)                Photograph:- The candidates must furnish 2(two) copies of recent identical passport size photographs signed across by the candidate along with the application.

Documents Required:-

i)           The photocopies of all educational from H.S.L.C. onward along with other experiences.

ii)          Photo copy of Caste Certificate belonging to ST/SC/OBC/MOBC. Candidates happiness apart from ST/SC/OBC/MOBC class should furnish a certificate from the Municipal Board/Town Committee for the geographical region and Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) certificate for country punctually countersigned by the revenue Circle/Block Development Officer concerned with proof of the permanent residence of the BTC area.

iii)         The Candidates must have self-attested all the photocopies of documents himself/herself.

Fees:-   Rs. 150/-  only for General/OBC/MOBC candidates  to be paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office.

            Rs. 100/- only for SC/ST candidates to be paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office.

Important Dates:-

The end date of application submission is fixed on 5^th August 2019 up to 5.00 PM.

Mode of Examination:-

The mode of examination/selection for the post of Forester-I and Forester Guard as mentioned above will be as given below-

i)          Physical fitness test consisting of walking 26 km / h, which is covered within 4 hours, followed by a medical examination of Forrester-I and Forester Guard.

ii)                  Candidates qualified in the Physical Fitness Test for the post of Forester-I and Forester guard shall be called for written examination test. The written check are going to be three hours on General knowledge, General Mathematics and General English.

iii)                Viva-Voca Test.
